Set inside a game engine’s hidden blackbox, BITFLIP follows a lone binary digit—“1”—that glitches into error, a rare phenomenon known as a bitflip. Triggered by electromagnetic interference, it becomes a glowing cube adrift in digital chaos. As systems collapse and visuals fragment, this displaced bit embarks on a surreal journey of self-reconstruction—assembling lines, planes, and volumes in search of meaning. Layer by layer, it approaches the computer’s logical matrix, only to realize it is but one among countless others. A poetic meditation on identity, entropy, and the unseen architectures of computation.
